Clean Eating: Slimming World - Weigh-in - Week 4

Hello again, wow.......it's Friday again - Gav and I have been looking forward to taking a walk down to the pub by the river this evening and having a small red wine, whilst enjoying the boats, gulls and great company, however, we've been a house of illness this week; everyone (aside from me - yay for all that spinach!) has been struck down with this awful head cold thing. Gav right now sounds terrible and has no energy left after a week of working and fighting this illness. So, alas we've decided to stay in on the sofa with Netflix instead! So, I'll make this a quick update before we put a film on!

Yep, slight annoyance with yesterday's weigh-in........somehow I managed to weigh a whole one pound heavier?!?!?! Ermmmmm..... No idea......I think I was retaining water or something, because I weighed myself again this evening (a little naughty I know.....) and I'm 2.5lbs down on last night's weight. What the actual.........?! Odd-balls!

But anyway, it's irrelevant really as the only weight that officially matters the the Slimming World one, however it just goes to show how our weight can fluctuate and screw us over on weigh-in day, so, do not despair.......it'll catch up officially - maybe next week?! ;)

So here we go: I went from 9st 7lbs to 9st 8lbs  - Boo!

Total Losses so Far:
Week 1: 0
Week 2: - 2.5lbs
Week 3: - 4 lbs
Week 4: -3lbs

Like I said above, I don't like to weigh myself in between official SW weigh-ins, but Actually seeing 9st 5.5lbs on the scales this evening assures me that what I'm doing IS working and I should continue on for another week as I am!!
