Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 22

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.

Evening all, I've just gotten back from a dog walk with the hubby; for some reason I've felt so, so exhausted this afternoon and have fought napping in favour of washing everything I can get my hands on, clearing-up and building a new bedside cabinet for the girls room. I feel like I could fall asleep on the sofa right now! Eeeek.......not good for a Saturday evening! 



Here's to a quiet night in ;) 


This is what I ate yesterday........I followed a normal Extra Easy day!

Breakfast:

35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB
Raspberries
Strawberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns
1

Snack:
Apple
Satsuma

Dinner: Chilli
Pork Mince
Wholemeal Basmati Rice
Passata
Red Onion
Kidney Beans
Chilli
Spices
Iceberg Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes
3 x Dairylea Triangles - HEXA

Supper/Tea:
Banana
Raspberries
Strawberries
Onken Fat Free Natural Yogurt
1 tbsp Pure Honey - 2.5 Syns
3

Snack: 
Dark Chocolate 10g - 2.5 Syns


Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
Red Wine / Shiraz 175ml - 6 Syns


TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 13
Fitbit Steps: 10,011
