Clean Eating: Slimming World - Weigh-in - Week 3

Well, Hello there again, it's Friday!! Gotta love a Friday :)........I can't believe I've been clean eating whilst following the Slimming World SP plan for a whole 2 weeks already - I'm still finding it super easy, super delicious and I've been feeling amazing overall.
I must admit, having porridge every morning is getting a little tiresome and I'll have to mix that up a little bit next week......it's just so easy and quick to make on an otherwise hectic, sleepy morning.
There are still foods I am missing; mainly fresh smoothies, oils and peanut butter. Not to mention red wine - I do miss a nice glass of red!

I did buy some amazing smelling (not yet tasted) organic butter butter and almond butter last week from a health shop, but after working out the syn value it would be about 1 syn per 20gms for the peanut butter, which when I weighed it out didn't really amount to much at all :( Such sad days......as peanut butter is so good for you too!

Anyway.......to my weigh in at Slimming World: This week my weight was down to: 9.7lbs - so that's another 1.5lbs off - yay!

Week 1: 0
Week 2: - 2.5lbs
Week 3: - 4 lbs

Last week I had 2 (if I remember correctly) normal Extra Easy days, but I still tried to eat lots of SP foods on these days regardless.

I'll continue on with what I've been doing into next week. SP days mostly with the occasional normal day, for sweet potatoes mainly (hehe)......I'll also continue to keep my syns higher too :)
