Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 13

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.

One of my most favourite things to eat in the whole wide world is toasted sourdough bread topped with fresh raspberries on a bed of cream cheese with a drizzle of pure honey......however, I'd already pretty much guessed before checking that sourdough didn't feature into the Slimming world plan as any form of HEX - I mean, yes.....I could syn it.....after all, anything can be synned on the Slimming World plan, however at 6 syns for 50g (I buy the Sainsbury's fresh sourdough from the bakery section) which amounted to a very small, thin slice, I decided against it in favour of my usual 60g wholemeal bread - obviously with the same delicious toppings. Actually, it did taste rather marvellous, I seriously recommend it, annnnd.......it took care of 2 of my healthy extra choices! Result! 

So, here's what I ate yesterday :)


Breakfast: Porridge
35g Porridge Oats made with water - HEXB
Strawberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns
1

Snack:
Peach
Satsuma


Lunch:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
45g Full Fat Soft Cheese - HEXA
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Honey - 2.5 Syns

Dinner: Omelette
4 Eggs
Salt & Pepper
Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes Spinach
Mixed Leaf Salad
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Snack:
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackcurrants
5 x tbsp Fat Free Natural Yogurt (occasional use as not a S or P food )



Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea



TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 6.5
Fitbit Steps: 15,631
Exercise: 30 Minute Vigorous Swimming (Breaststroke)
