
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Yesterday I followed the normal Extra Easy Plan, simply because by evening, I'd been so busy I hadn't had my second HEXB, and I DID fancy sweet potato for dinner! So a very SP-ish Extra Easy Day :)
Here's what I ate yesterday......
Breakfast: Porridge
35g Porridge Oats - HEXB
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Apple
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Lunch: Fruit
Apple
Peach
Pear

Dinner:
Pork Mince
Peas
Red Onion
Passata
Spinach
Sweet Potato
Sea Salt

Snacks:
58g Dark Chocolate (1 square) - 3 Syns
Grapes
Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
400ml Unsweetened Almond Milk with Ice - HEXA

Daily Syns: 5
