
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P foods into my meals the week.
*In this entry I am following the normal extra easy plan, I fancied pasta......so back on the SP after :)
Good morning and HAPPY TUESDAY :)
Yesterday I really fancied homemade pesto with tagliatelle pasta, so I decided to have a normal Extra Easy day......meaning only 1 HEXA (Healthy Extra B) choice instead of the two allowed on the SP version of the plan. I'm still eating at the higher end of the syn allowance too - means I could have a nakd bar - happy days!!
Here's what I ate yesterday.........
Breakfast:
Frozen Blueberries
35g Porridge Oats - HEXB
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Snack:
Apple
Lunch: Soup
Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
White Onion
Garlic
1 tbsp Onken Natural Yogurt - 1 Syn

Snack:
Banana
Nakd Bar - Cashew Cookie - 7 Syns
Dinner: Pasta with Chicken
Roasted Chicken Breast
Whole Wheat Tagliatelle
Homemade Kale/Spinach Pesto - 3.5 Syns
Spinach
Rocket salad Leaves

Snack:
Apple
Drinks:
Coffee
Mineral Water
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk with Ice - HEXA
TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 13.5
Fitbit Steps: 15,294
Exercise: 60 minutes intense bootcamp!
