This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Looking at my food diary yesterday.....I can see I totally didn't eat enough, it seems that every now and then I go through phases like this - in a few days time I'll be desperately trying to stop myself from eating half of the fridge - seriously, it'll happen it ALWAYS does!
I've also been so busy and I guess I don't think about food as much when I'm busy........Tomorrow, I'm working all day, so it could go one of two ways depending upon how busy we are!
Had a lovely evening though catching up with my friend - and enjoyed a tasty glass of red :)
So here's what I ate yesterday......not much SP or free food though! Naughty Naughty!
Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB
Blackberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns
Lunch:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
45g Soft Cheese - HEXA
Cucumber
Tomato
Snacks:
Banana (occasional)
Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
Red Wine 175ml - 6 Syns
TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 8
Fitbit Steps: 15,130
Exercise: 60 minutes intensive bootcamp / 30 minute run
