
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Good Evening, it is pretty late.......like 2.34am and I've just said goodbye to one of my good friends after a very welcome visit before she heads back to London again. Today has been erratic to say the least; completing shop orders all day, then bootcamp and a quick shower - I've had no time for dinner today at all. Lucky for me that I don't feel especially hungry right now.....I dare say that I'll be ravenous tomorrow then!
But anyways, before I head off to Bedfordshire, here's what I ate yesterday......
Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB
Blackberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Snack:
Apple
Satsuma
Lunch:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
45g Soft Cheese - HEXA
Cucumber
Tomato

Snack:
Rice Cake - 1.5 Syns
Dark Chocolate 10g - 3.5 Syns
Dinner:
Roast Chicken
Spinach
Carrots
Sweet Potato ( Occasional use)

Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
