This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Evening all........well, what a weekend huh? If you live anywhere near me down in good ole Suffolk then you'll understand the sarcasm in that previous question, right?! I had a few plans for the weekend, most involved leaving the house of course, doing fun family things.......taking the girlies for a picnic, going for a drive or just getting in the garden - failing that, I could get some washing done! Nope, not going to happen.......it has rained non-stop for a few days now and I'm seriously debating on whether or not I should start building that ark? Now that the school holidays have arrived, the last thing we want to be is trapped inside watching endless films like a bunch of lazy lay-abouts!
I'm crossing my fingers for ok weather tomorrow - please - LET THERE BE LIGHT!!! I'm not a grouchy moany cow - well sometimes perhaps......I'm just going stir crazy here - it might be the cabin fever setting in ;)
Here's what I ate yesterday :) I wanted a Saturday night curry, so decided that I'd follow a normal Extra Easy Day so I could have rice!!
