
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.

Yesterday was spent traipsing up and down the town centre looking for new glasses for the boy - he wants to do his driving lessons now he's old enough.....and apparently this means he'll need glasses! Before hand I'd semi

Dinner: Noodles
Chicken Breast
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Spring Onion

Carrots
Cabbage
Spinach
Dried Egg Noodles - 3 Syns
