Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 29

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.

Evening all, hope you're all enjoying your weekends thus far - hey, it looks like the rain has lifted ;) Let us hope for a Sunny Sunday! 
Yesterday was spent traipsing up and down the town centre looking for new glasses for the boy - he wants to do his driving lessons now he's old enough.....and apparently this means he'll need glasses! Before hand I'd semi bribed convinced him to join me in some lengths at the swimming pool. Yeah, now that was a big mistake........second day of the school holidays and the dramas of being a teenager were being played out before my very eyes. Oh dear, I'm glad I am much older, and slightly more wise to the emotions and mishaps of a teenage dilemma or two - to dump him, or not to dump him, that is the question?!

But aside from that, it was fine - we managed to do our lengths and escape pretty unscatched.

Here's what I ate Yesterday....... erm, a few too many syns had too - hey - It's Friday!!


Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Lunch: Shapers Sandwich
Bread - Unsure of weight, but it wasn't a lot - HEXB
Tuna
Cucumber
Kettle Sweet Potato Crisps - 5 Syns

Dinner: Noodles 
Chicken Breast
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Spring Onion
BeanSprouts
Carrots
Cabbage
Spinach
Dried Egg Noodles - 3 Syns 
3


Snacks:
Strawberries
Raspberries
Banana

Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk - HEXA
175ml Red Wine - 6 Syns 

TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 16 - eeeeek! 
Fitbit Steps: 16, 451
Exercise: Swimming - 30 Lengths.
