This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Evening folks, well.....we're at the end of another week - and it's Friday-....yipppeeee! It's also payday Friday AND the sun is shinning!! A Friday evening couldn't be more perfect :) Gav and I are about to take a walk down to a pub that over looks the river......we'll sit in their beer garden and watch the sun setting - Happy days!!!
So before I head out for the evening, here's what I ate yesterday.........
Yesterday I followed a normal Extra Easy Day!
Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB

1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns
Lunch:

Roast Chicken
45g Full Fat Soft Cheese - HEXA
Snack:
Apple
Dinner: Chicken Curry
Wholegrain Basmati Rice
Chicken
Passata
Red Onion
White Onion
Garlic
Chilli
Herbs and Spices
Organic Peanut Butter 1/4 tbsp - 1.5 Syns
Dark Chocolate 6g - 1.5 Syns
Pure Honey 1/4 tbsp - 0.5 Syns
3 tbsp Onken Fat Free Natural Yogurt
Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 5.5
Fitbit Steps: 8, 673
Exercise: No bootcamp this evening - decided to stay to slimming world group instead!
