Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 26

26

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.

Blimey O'Reilly I think I'm going mad, like mental....or looney crazy or something! I'm still having immense cravings for shreddies (????) and boy-oh-boy did a bowl of those go down well last night.....Noooomm!! I seriously count myself lucky though that I wasn't craving something far worse, with sugar and cream.....and, and icing!!
I must admit, I've been feeling so hungry lately and no amount of strawberries, raspberries or chicken pieces seem to quite satisfy my hunger - maybe it's the SP, maybe it's not designed for long-term use? I do find myself hankering for more filling, tasty foods - I can't help it, after all, I'm only human! I also attribute the hunger to stress a little - I am stressed, I've a lot on my plate (yeah, I wish - no pun intended!) right now.....but I'll talk about that one another day :)

So anyway, Gav and I are catching up with a few of our tv programmes this evening, Hannibal being one of them; does anyone else watching this literally gag at times? or am I being such a girl about it? ha!
