
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
I'm really struggling with cravings today, not craving for sweets or really greasy foods, just randomly yummy things like Shreddies and homemade cheeseburgers! I must admit, I did cave and have some shreddies tonight and I feel so much better for it.......Anyone else experience cravings like this whilst clean eating?
Anyway.....here's the lovely food I ate yesterday.......
Breakfast:
35g Porridge made with Water - HEXB
Raspberries
Strawberries
1 tbsp Pure Honey - 2.5 Syns

Lunch:
60g Wholemeal Bread (Toasted) - HEXB
Roast Chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
10g Butter - 3.5 Syns

Snack:
Banana
Strawberries
1 tbsp Pure Honey - 2.5 Syns
Dinner:
Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber
2 Hard boiled Eggs
Tuna
Lemon Juice

Snacks:
Satsuma
Drinks:
Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea
250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk - HEXA
TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 8.5
Fitbit Steps: 17,937
Exercise: 60 minutes boot camp!!
