Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 24

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.

I had the most amazing, relaxing chilled out Sunday yesterday......watching films (Lord of the Rings) in my pyjamas on the sofa, followed by a little bit of housework and a very, VERY long 2 hour soak in a dead sea salt bath, whilst watching another film on the laptop (The Most Exotic Marigold Hotel). Just what I needed :)

I also felt super hungry yesterday too, and no amount of fruit was curbing my appetite - I really fancied a croissant, or some sweet pastries - I don't know why I was all of a sudden craving these things.......not that I could have any anyway as I just don't buy those sorts of foods. Not to mention what the syn value would be - so I muddled through and have still felt quite hungry today too! Hopefully, I'll feel less hungry tomorrow - fingers crossed!

So here's what I ate on my chillout, super lazy Sunday.........


Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB
Strawberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Lunch:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
2 Poached Eggs
Tomatoes
10g Butter - 3.5 Syns 
2



Dinner:
Spinach
Roast Chicken 
Sweet Potato (Occasional on SP plan)
Courgette 
Swede 
Carrot
Onion
Mangetout 
3

Snack:
Apple
Satsuma 
Strawberries
Raspberries
Banana 
2 tbsps Onken Fat Free Natural Yogurt (Occasional on SP plan)
1 tbsp Honey - 2.5 Syns 
Snowconut Frozen Yogurt - 25ml - 2 Syns 


Drinks:

Mineral Water
Coffee
Fruit Tea

TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 10
Fitbit Steps: 3, 407
Exercise: Nada!
