
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Good afternoon, I'm writing this whilst I'm stuck at work and whilst the sun is in full force outside! It's another one of those busy, busy Thursdays.....and I've already struggled to find food for lunch today; there's not much at our local shops in the way of 'Clean' or 'Slimming' so I'm somewhat hungry - boo!...... I really, REALLY need to do a food shop tomorrow!
Slimming World weigh-in later and then boot camp - afterwards, I'll look forward to a massive, and I mean MASSIVE dinner, of what? I don't know, we'll see ;)
Anyway......here's what I ate yesterday......as you can see, I had a normal Extra Easy day....

Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp divided by 4 - 1 Syn
Almond Butter - 1 tbsp divided by 4 - 1 Syn
Coconut Oil - 1 tsp divided by 4 - 0.5 Syns
Onken Fat Free Natural Yogurt
Wholegrain Rice
Mixed Leaf Salad
Wedge of Lime
