
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Good evening, it's another late one today......so apologies, I've been having my hair done this evening - bye bye dark brown and sprinkled grey roots :)
So yesterday I decided to pop down to the local swimming pool again to swim a few lengths - something I'm planning to do once a week from now on. The only thing was, I felt starving after all that swimming......and planned on popping to the local market to grab some fruit and veg on the way home.....however, I was a little late and they'd already packed up and were heading off. I love their fresh produce too, oh well.....I'll have to head back there on Friday for a top-up.......my fridge is looking somewhat baron right now!
All-in-all, it was a bit of a random food eating day - it's kinda what happens when you're out of the house most of the day!
Here's what I ate yesterday.........
Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats made with Water - HEXB
Frozen Blueberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Lunch:
Mixed Melon
Nakd Cocoa Crunch Bar - 5 Syns

Snack:
Satsuma
Peach
Apple
Dinner: Mediterranean Soup (Homemade)
Yellow Pepper
Orange Pepper
Red Onion
Tomatoes
Sweet Red Peppers
Butternut Squash
Garlic
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Basil
Sea Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Onken Fat Free Natural Yogurt
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
45g Full Fat Soft Cheese - HEXA
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Honey - 2.5 Syns

Drinks:
Coffee
Mineral Water
Fruit Tea
Aloe Vera Juice - 1 Bottle - 4.5 Syns
TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 14
Fitbit Steps: 10,130
Exercise: Swimming - Breaststroke/Freestyle Combination - 30 Lengths.
