
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.
Yesterday I popped out with Mum for a few bits and pieces we needed to pick up in town....besides it was my Daddio's birthday (Happy Birthday Dad!!) and, like the organised person that I am; and like the pain in the arse he is to buy for.....I'd procrastinated about buying him a present for quite a while! Yep, there are just some people that are near-on impossible to buy for - Dad, is one of those people!
He's what I ate yesterday....... Breakfast: Porridge
35g Porridge Oats made with water - HEXB
Strawberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns

Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
45g Full Fat Soft Cheese - HEXA
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Honey - 2.5 Syns

Snack:
Wholemeal Rice Cake - 1.5 Syns
Dinner: Clean Roast
Roast Chicken
Curly Kale (Steamed)
Spinach (Raw)
Sugar Snap Peas
Sweet Potato - to have occasionally whilst following the SP plan.

Snack:
Apple with Organic Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp peanut butter - 4.5 Syns
Drinks:
Coffee
Mineral Water
Fruit Tea
TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 10.5
Fitbit Steps: 10, 252
Exercise: 20 mins Pilate in Evening
