Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 5

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World SP Plan: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course the usual 5-15 syns daily. 


Yesterday was the first time I'd felt hungry with no energy (hence the mass of wholemeal bread) since I started this on Friday - I'm not sure whether it was the intense workout the evening before, or the bacon I'd had in the morning......I did feel a little headachy after the bacon, but that could be a bit of dehydration with the super hot weather we're having right now. Who knows, maybe I'll try bacon again further down the line. So today has been a bit of a struggle - not to mention feeling unusually super emotional.......but regardless,  I stuck to the plan - I also had an awful night's sleep too, due to the heat - maybe I was a big just crabby pants ;)

So anyway, this is what I ate yesterday....


Breakfast:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
Tomatoes 
Bacon - fat cut off
Poached Egg
Melon
1 x tbsp Maple Syrup - 2 syns

Mid-Morning Snack:
Apple
2 x Satsumas


Lunch:
Mixed Leave Salad
Sweet Peppers
Beetroot
Bean Sprouts
Orange
Feta Cheese - 45g - HEXA
Salmon
Soy Sauce
1


Dinner: Omelette
4 x Eggs
Tomatoes
Sweet Peppers
Basil
Spinach
Cucumber
Mushrooms
Roast Chicken
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
1 x tsp Avocado Oil - 2 1/2 Syns
1

Drinks:
Black Coffee
Mineral Water - about 2 litres.
Fruit Tea


TOTALS: 
Daily Syns: 4 1/2
Fitbit Steps: 15,009
Exercise: 25 Minute run before dinner.
