
This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World SP Plan: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course the usual 5-15 syns daily.
Sunday's are the only time that Mum and I get to go out anywhere together due to work, life etc......so we decided to drive into town and have a browse around - obviously, I'm deluded if I thought this would be a quick excursion and I'd be home in time for lunch - meaning I literally had to pop into Morrisons to get something to eat! Flaking out over here!! So, despite the pitter patter of summer rain on our backs, we had rather a nice day all-in-all!
This is what I ate yesterday....
Breakfast: Porridge
35g Porridge Oats - Cooked in water - HEXB
A handful of Raspberries
50g Onken Natural Set Yogurt - 1/2 Syn
1 x tbsp Pure Honey - 2 1/2 Syns

Lunch: Fruit
Melon Duo
Apple

Dinner: Cottage Pie with Swede Mash
Turkey Mince
Carrots
Peas
Red Onion
Passata
Curly Kale
Courgette
Swede

Snack: Toast
60g Wholemeal Bread - Toasted - HEXB
3 x Triangles Dairylea - HEXA
Raspberries
I x tbsp Pure Honey - 2 1/2 Syns

Drinks:
Black Coffee
Mineral Water - about 2 litres.
Fruit Tea
