Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 2

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World SP Plan: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course the usual 5-15 Syns daily. 

It was a beautiful day yesterday; the hubby and I spent the day pottering around the garden, hanging out the washing, weeding the patio and trimming blackfly infested bits off of our cherry tree - exciting stuff really!!

So here we go, this is what I ate yesterday....


Breakfast: Fruit!
1/2 Melon 
Strawberries
Raspberries
50g Onken Natural Set Yogurt - 1/2 Syn
1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns


Clean eating fruit


Mid-Morning Snacks:
Satsuma
Lunch: Sandwich!!
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
Rocket Salad
3 x Dairylea Triangles (45g) - HEXA
1 x Roasted Chicken Breast
Cherry Tomatoes

Dinner: Omelette!!
4 x Eggs 
Spinach
Mushrooms cooked in 1 clove of garlic
1 x Tomato 
1/2 Sweet Red Pepper
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
Asparagus

Evening Snacks:

35g Porridge Oats - HEXB
Fresh Strawberries
1 x TBSP Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - 2 Syns 




Drinks:
Black Coffee
Mineral Water - about 2 litres.
Fruit Tea

Fitbit Steps: 10, 461
