Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 8

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P foods into my meals the week.

Hello, good afternoon and happy Saturday AND 4th July to my friends and readers across the pond!!
.......last night the hubby and I went to see a musician friend of mine play a gig, I hadn't seen him perform for a fair few months, so it was nice to see how he's progressed and how his confidence has grown on stage too.
I, as planned, fully indulged myself in my very large and massively appreciated glass of red wine. Yum!  We also walked to and from the venue, so that should have burned some extra calories surely?!
On reflection, I can see that yesterday I missed out my HEXA option completely; all of that rushing around yesterday has a lot to answer for obviously! Although I did have some yogurt yesterday - and whilst not technically "healthy" enough (being full fat and all) to qualify as a healthy extra for Slimming World, it is still packed with calcium, so it's fine by me and my clean eating agenda - I will just syn, and continue as normal :)
