Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 28

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World 'SP' Plan*: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course, the usual 5-15 syns daily. I may also incorporate some non S or P (Speed or Protein ) foods into my meals this week.


Evening folks, I'm enjoying a fabulous evening - I mean, the weather is too crap to actually venture out of the house to a pub garden or anything......alas, I have found my own entertainment in the form of diva soundtracks and very loud show tune singing voice whilst drinking red wine; possible prancing may be involved, possibly  - doesn't sound very clean does it? It is fun though, and after all, it IS Friday ;)


As you'll tell by my food diary below, that yesterday I kinda missed my dinner and ended up with a bowl of shreddies instead. Yep, don't ask....let me just tell you it involved an omelette, peppercorns and a broken grinder. Needless to say, the bin ate more than I did last night! 


So, all that aside, here's what I ate yesterday...........


Breakfast: 
35g Porridge Oats made Water - HEXB
Strawberries
Raspberries
1 tbsp Pure Maple Canadian Syrup - 2 Syns
1


Lunch at Work:
60g Wholemeal Bread - HEXB
45g Soft Cheese - HEXA
Cucumber
Tomatoes
2

Snacks:
Plum
Satsuma
Apple



Dinner:
35g Shreddies - 6 Syns
125ml Milk - 3 Syns 
(So annoyed about said omelette incident I totally forget to get a picture - not that it would look THAT interesting anyway of course) 



Drinks:
Mineral Water 
Coffee
Fruit Tea 


TOTALS:
Daily Syns: 11
Fitbit Steps: 14, 656
Exercise: Pilates, 60 minutes Boot Camp!!
