Clean Eating: Slimming World - Food Diary - Day 1

IMG_4220

Yesterday morning I revisited the slimming world plan, mainly the SP option; I sat patiently with my lovely ice cold water and read through what seemed like a revelation! I could see exactly where I had been going wrong last week.........whilst I had been enjoying oils, nuts and beautiful fruits I had been racking up a pretty hefty syn value.....I mean, I knew of course that I shouldn't eat nuts or have coconut oil and I should be using fry light and eating muller light yogurts. But since I'm clean eating on slimming world......neither of those things shall cross my lips!

This week I'm clean eating whilst following the Slimming World SP Plan: this allows me loads of S & P foods, plus 1 Healthy Extra A choice and 2 Healthy Extra B Choices and of course the usual 5-15 syns daily.

So here we go, this is what I ate yesterday....

  1. I'm glad I've found your blog. I've done both clean eating & slimming world & really interested in trying to combine the 2. I don't want to eat mullerlights & alpen lights but I need rules!!

    1. Exactly, I need the rules too, otherwise I get all caught up and happy with all the yummy nuts and fresh smoothies, which, although they're nutritious and tasty, they're not going to aid weight loss......well, not for me anyway ;)
I agree about the promotion of mullerlights and alpen bars on Slimming World too, they're not very healthy or tasty at all are they?!
