I don't often get a chance to head out to Felixstowe; a quaint little seaside town not too far from Ipswich. I used to go there quite often for work a year or two back, but haven't been recently.......but I
- my heaven, I can't deny it!
So I've picked up a few goodies browsing the rails of many a shop, which is lovely because I haven't found this many things in just one outing for the longest time. I will show you soon what I bought, once they come out of the washing machine ~ very happy with my purchases........but, alas, no vintage coat as yet! I will keep looking though.
Whilst browsing around Felixstowe, we came across this very quaint, yet stylist Florist, stroke (/) Vintage Shop called 'Vintage and Green' ..........Its an unusual concept (well to me anyway) on the surface, but once you enter the through the shop doors the atmosphere is soothing, albeit magical. Then it all makes sense. The rich jewel tones of the wall colours mixed with the soft delicate flower blooms, made the slightly dull day feel somewhat like spring again.
What a stunning little treasure of a shop.......the lovely ladies working there were busy making up flower displays ~ what a dreamy job that would be (obviously only if you know your flowers.....and, how to display/arrange them - which I can't, of course)! But I can sit back and dream......

So many people in Felixstowe ride old vintage bicycles with wicker baskets on the front, just handy for bread and milk - or a beautiful bunch of flowers :)

I really enjoy these colours together - the deep teal blue and the tangerine orange walls work well together, creating a stunningly beautiful and quirky, yet delicate vintage space.

Pretty touches add a feminine touch....

I adore shops like that! So pretty!
