A Netty Hat and Pale Peach Lipstick.......

Sometimes its fun to play dress-up, even though you have no intention of wearing the carefully put together outfit out past the front door!

I've been steadily building a collection of vintage hats over recent years - I rarely wear hats, but I love them all the same. 

This cream one belonged to my Nan and I'd completely forgotten about it, tucked carefully away on top of my wardrobe. I remember trying it on a while back when my hair was platinum - the cream just seemed to blend with my hair colour at the time and looked, well - bland. 

But now with pink hair, the colours compliment each other I think. 

I'd love to be able to wear hats such as this, but alas - I never go anywhere to wear them! So for now, I shall continue to dress-up and dream.........and of course, be me and pose - A LOT :)
