Hello and Happy Monday - I hope you had a lovely weekend, Gav and I actually caught up with some friends on Saturday evening for food in the garden. The weather has been amazingly warm, very stuffy, muggy even.......but I won't complain, because you have to make the most of these things, right?
Sunday morning we dragged ourselves out of bed, heavy eyed and slightly hanging from the night before and headed out to watch a performance in the park, my friend Tash is a drama teacher and her students put on an amazing show (as always).
With the weather still hot and humid we all headed for a latte, although I favoured a frappuccino this time, purely for the icy, coffee goodness!
Now Monday is upon us and I'm feeling a little hippie, da la hoppy today..........it's way too hot to wear anything heavy or restricting, so I've opted for a flowy little number that I found tucked away inbetween other items of unworn clothing in my wardrobe! You know? I really need to de-clutter my wardrobe........
So later on today, we will be tie-dying t-shirts in my Mum and Dads back garden.........I haven't tie-dyed anything since high school - however my brother is expert tie-dye crazy person, so he will show me how. Besides the girlies will love it :)
Right, I'm off to do a few houseworky things so I can get out and about in the sun - I have so much energy today, it's very welcomed.......I might even work up to a work out! HA!
