No frizz in my Lavender Hair........

So a few nights ago I lavender'd up my hair again and set it in pin curls from damp - massive mistake, it always is and I never learn (a bit like how I always cut myself a fringe and realise again that it doesn't suit me) because my hair always, always ends up undefined, frizzy and generally unruly when pin curled from damp.........when will I learn?

I absolutely must curl my hair with my heated tongs - it's the only way to knock out that dreaded frizz......and nobody wants that sort of frizz - it's never a good look! Once I've tonged my hair I then set it with pins and leave it to cool for 10 mins or so......Voila!!! Pretty curls......

Blouse is Vintage, eye liner is Mac Smolder and

  1. I'm constantly struggling with frizz since I had the stupid idea of dying my hair black. I had to bleach it so many times and it's still not as light as my natural colour. Your curls look really smooth and the lavender colour is lovely! xxx

  2. The only way I can tame my frizz is with heat......my hairs dead straight too - dead straight and frizzy! Xx
