My Makeup for S/S 2013.....

Here are the products that I'm using this Spring/Summer.
The most important thing for me is getting my foundation right, achieving decent coverage and finding the right shade for my rather pale-ish skin. It's not like I'm very pale either, so I technically should have a problem, but I do!
Right now I'm still using my winter foundation (Rimmel Match Perfection in Light Porcelain) and the colour is spot on for my skin tone, but the texture isn't great, it is too thin so it streaks, I have to mix it with my moisturiser to increase the creaminess, it's not ideal and I won't be buying it again. It's a shame Rimmel don't have Light Porcelain in their Lasting Finish range, because the texture is soooo much better. It's a shame their lightest shade 'Ivory' is still too orange for me.

Now that the sun has arrived my skin tone will darken slightly and I will need to revisit my foundation.
I'm currently trying out a Dior foundation, which is perfect for my winter skin - literally perfect,  but not worth me buying quite yet, I think I will have to wait until the autumn!

I use a Bobbi Brown Corrector and Concealer in their lightest shades; porcelain and Porcelain Bisque respectively and Rimmel's Translucent Stay Matte Pressed powder to set.

My Dior blusher is Rosey Glow, it builds up beautifully and you don't need much at all, it has a lovely matt finish and even smells of roses, I've used this loads already and it still looks brand new......

My Illamasqua Blusher in Lover - much required apricot blush to compliment those coral lipsticks.....

Mac eyeliner in Smolder, Barry M liquid eyeliner in Black and Rimmel Mascara.
